- ¾ cup peanut butter (I like chunky)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup almonds or cashews
- 1/4 cup maca
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- 5 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or brown rice syrup
