Peanut Butter Maca Oat Balls

  • ¾ cup peanut butter (I like chunky)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup almonds or cashews
  • 1/4 cup maca
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or brown rice syrup
